[08:15] Effective Time Management

  • Define your money-making tasks, or MMT, in your own words.

  • Jamie's MMTs include making sure her clients are happy and expressing her creativity. These not only help her earn money but also energize her.

  • After assessing herself, Jamie realized that instead of meeting people and exercising, she was limiting growth by spending too much time on TikTok.

  • Remember, you can create time by scheduling and prioritizing things. You also control how intentional you are when tackling tasks.

[12:32] Growth Stunt No.2: Environment

Jamie: “Motivation can absolutely fall off, but the energy of a room—of people who are invested in you, that [motivation] gets to be renewed every single day.” —Click Here to Tweet This

[16:13] Growth Stunt No.3: Playing Small

  • Playing small means doing what everyone else is doing, like blindly following gurus and their advice.

  • Creating rebellious growth means owning your voice, style, and approach.

  • People often want to be someone else. Remember, you are unique, and trying to be someone else can hinder your growth.

Jamie: “Your voice, your movement, your impact is unique. The way in which you approach life, the way in which you've decided to build a business, what inspires you to continue to build that business every day is like nobody else's.” —Click Here to Tweet This

[18:05] Owning Your Voice

  • Knowing and owning your voice includes knowing your social media style.

  • It's easy to follow trends and jump on bandwagons. However, you need to figure out your way of sharing stories.

  • The more you can be yourself, the more likely you'll attract people and communities who love you.

  • Think about how you can own your voice today. It can be a small act.

[21:50] Growth Stunt No.4: Playing Victim to the Algorithm

  • If you believe that social media or specific platforms are unnecessary, you are playing the victim.

  • It's now so easy to find people who need your help, build a community, and share your experiences.

  • The algorithms are 75% based on your behavior. If you're blaming the algorithm, you're blaming your behavior.

  • Social media platforms are consistently growing and changing. You should never apologize for making changes and optimizations with your business.

[24:10] Adapting to Changing Environments

  • You need to ask yourself whether you're growing as the internet and business environment grow.

  • We all adapt in different ways. If you don't like certain things, share your truth and unfollow people you don't enjoy.

  • Identify what you can do to adjust to the change around you. Jamie shares a few ideas in the full episode, so tune in!

  • Since we have little to no control over our environments, adapting will make growth more manageable.

[27:54] Growth Stunt No.5: Vision

  • Vision is knowing where you want to go. If you don't have one, you are stunting your growth.

  • Understanding your vision will help you know how to show up every day to get you where you want to be.

[28:36] Visualizing Your Ideal Future

  • If you want to know your vision, start with visualization.

  • It can be as simple as picturing the average ideal Monday.

Hello lovelies, welcome to episode 11 of The Limitless Podcast I'm ready to dive in. This is going to be an episode where I want to get as real as possible about what it looks like to create growth in your business. But before I do that, I wanted to share how excited I am whenever I get some of the DMs from you listening in on these episodes.

I recently got one that literally had me chuckling about how the good girl syndrome episode was something that they felt as if I was speaking straight into their brain that I knew exactly what their inner critic had been sharing with them it makes me just full of joy to know that not only do you relate to what I'm sharing with but you get some insight, you're able to really get a piece of what we could do and work together by listening to these episodes. And I'm so happy to be that pep talk that cheerleader, that person that's helping you reach your new goals, your new desires, whatever vision that's coming through.

Now I have an ask, I want to know more! I want to hear more about it. So if you have been listening to these episodes, and you've been loving them and you have a takeaway, take a screenshot share it to your Instagram Stories. Let me know what you loved most about these episodes and tag me I'll make sure to share it but also your girl loves some feedback. Your girl loves to hear what her audience is saying. So feel free to share what you find most exciting about this episode. Now let's dive in.

In a number of different ways on previous episodes, you've heard me say the word growth, growth, growth, growth growth, right? You've heard me talk about how we can create resilient growth in your business, how we grow through your own personal growth and what that looks like.

In all honesty, it's important to define what that means. Because in every stage of life, we want to grow in some way. That is what our life journey is growing, being able to learn, being able to change and optimize.

If we are able to subscribe to the fact that our lifelong journey is to just continue to live it more to the fullest, to live our purpose to find meaning and who we surround ourselves with, you're going to find yourself happier, you're going to find yourself more likely to live longer. There's proof in that but you're also going to find that this gets to be fun as you walk through the ways of the ups and downs.

I like to talk with my clients through their own business growth. Sometimes that can look like growing their revenue. Sometimes that can look like filling up programs selling more products. Other times that looks like putting out more content because they really want to feel good about it. Other times that's building their audience. building their email list.

I also help people through personal growth, there is no business growth without personal growth on my end. So knowing that part of growth comes from who is the one desiring it, if you desire growth, how do you get to be the person that's navigating and controlling that growth within yourself.

That will come through, of course, The Limitless Podcast here, removing any limits that we might be putting on ourselves, or that relationships are putting on ourselves, that's definitely a part of that personal growth. It's also being your healthiest self living and breathing your message, all of the above.

I wanted to dedicate this episode to the five things that may be stunting your growth that may be preventing you from reaching this vision, this desire of what you want your business to look like what you want your life to look like what you want your relationship to look like, let's dedicate this episode to what may be holding you back. And how we can overcome it.

It's important to note that as I get into what's stunting that this is a no shame, no guilt episode, this is a reflection, this is a look back at like what could be the thing that might create a domino to allow all of the other tasks and works and strategies and new programs and routines to be more effective for you. Whenever I list these things that are stunting your growth, it's so easy to flip it around, and how to expand your growth.

Before I begin on these five important rules about creating growth, know that this gets to be fun, you get to play with the things that might be preventing you from reaching your goals and allow it to be just fun, not a, she totally knows that I haven't been doing that thing. It's a, I haven't been doing that thing. Let me try something new here.

Okay, let's dive in. So whenever I start any program, whenever I start any type of time with a client, the very first thing that I always like to get into is your time, the time that you spend and what it looks like.

One thing that I absolutely like to talk about is that if you feel blocked, if you feel stuck, in whatever growth that you're looking for, it's a good and important moment to take a look at how you're spending your time. So one thing especially for business owners is that whenever we're talking about blocking off their time creating opportunities within their time, they don't realize what they spend their time doing.

I've absolutely had a client who was taking a look at their schedule, and they realized that they spent over four hours a day in their email inbox, busy work, answering questions, doing kind of the same things that they do repeatedly, and not allowing themselves to focus on what they really wanted to do, which is creating, which is talking to their clients, which is having full energy going into meetings, they were spending so much time in the email.

Let's put this a different way. How much time have you been spending scrolling through the Gram today? What do you remember about it? Was it intentional, was it mindless, our time is absolutely a metric of success a metric of growth? How are we spending it? So I like to talk about one important thing in most of my programs called MMT, your money-making tasks. I on purpose, do not define exactly what those tasks are. I give recommendations, by all means, but I don't like to define what that looks like. Because I want you to define it for yourself.

Money-making tasks are the ones that are moving the needle for you that are the closest either making money to allowing you to be your best self that will in turn create money for you versus the things that are just busywork that are you trying to perfect something that you might be having a back and forth with your inner critic and it needs to be this way before I'm allowed to do it.

Knowing that I like to talk about my own MMT. My MMT is always checking in on clients first thing when I open my email, and then creativity. Those are the first two things that I do client work making sure my current clients are happy. And the next thing is like how do I want to put my voice out there? What is my content going to feel like because you don't even know.

Whenever I finished my own content sprint for myself whenever I finish time of just dedicating to my own voice to what I want to share with the world. Your girl is energized. She's ready. She's ready to answer questions. She's ready to feel like Oh, I'm reaching that vision. Those are the top two money-making tasks. When I open my computer.

When I open for the day and start my workday. It is starting with creativity and it is starting with checking in on clients because I love my clients one and two they get to be sources for me of what it would feel like to have more of them. So those are the top two for sure.

Of course reaching out to people promoting what I businesses those come soon after. But I like to define my own MMT between things that of course, are making me money, but also what is going to give me the juice for everything else that I want to do in the day. So creativity is definitely a part of it.

Now let's talk about what happens before I open my computer. What happens when I close it as well. There's still MMT happening even when I'm not at my computer. So recently, I took a really good look at my own routine. I took a really good look at what was filling my time when I wasn't working. And that was scrolling TikTok guys, I'm obsessed.

A part of it was also me realizing that outside of work, I wasn't meeting people. I wasn't seeing people out in the world. I also had put my own exercise routine on the backburner. And I was like, you know, I'll maybe I'll get two workouts in this week, that'll be enough. And absolutely, I want to tell you all you get to define what your workout routine is.

For me, I'm all in if I can get a 15-minute walk in the morning, if I can get 20 minutes of strength training, 45 minutes of strength training in the morning, I have a better day. So that was one thing that I realized that my busy work, my mindless scroll, unintentional time was going somewhere else instead of to the thing that I knew was going to create a better energy within my business.

The first thing that's really important to understand is taking a good look at what you're spending your time in. What is filling your calendar that you don't realize, so the busy work, if you find yourself at the end of the day going, what the heck did I do today, then that might mean that you're lacking intentionality, radical intentionality within your business.

Knowing that growth comes from spending your time there's even a concept called Einstein Time for any of you who've read the book, The Big Leap, Einstein Time is where you own the fact that you are the creator of time that you're not behind. You're not ahead, you create time. How you fill it, how you prioritize it, how focused you are within it, you create time.

Thinking about this, really take a good look at your schedule, really take a look at how you've spent your time today. So far, what was nourishing? What was moving the needle for your business? And what wasn't? What after you stopped that task made you go, Oh, I could do more of this. I love this. Versus this slowing me down. This is slowing me down. Growth. How are you prioritizing spending your time make sure it's not in that busy work?

Number two, in what's stunting your growth is taking a really strong look at your environment. Yes, the environment, not just where you work every day, not just the city you live in. But really those relationships, the energy that you are allowing into your day, each and every day. Who are they? How do they help you reach your desired goals? How are they holding you accountable to where you want to go? How do they inspire you to be the best version of yourselves?

I've talked about community environment in many ways, one episode with Emily Merrill talking about how community is such a big part of us finding people who are going through the same things as us, but also realizing that we're not alone in this process. I even talked to Emily Bingham, about our Mastermind and how all of us are taking really big leaps. And we do it because other people are taking those big leaps.

You've heard this statistic, I will repeat it over and over again, you are the product of the five people you spend your time with. There's been studies and studies done around this. This is also where I encourage you to hire a coach, because putting this all on yourself can be really difficult.

Actually what's kind of funny in this is that I as somebody who's worked for really big brands, and also worked for solopreneurs. It's so funny when I have a solopreneur say I wish I could have as good of marketing as Nike, that's what's coming to my mind.

They have a 30-person marketing staff. They have many people jumping in ideas. And the solopreneur is comparing themselves to a 30-person marketing team. There is nothing like having people to brainstorm with there is nothing like having someone look at you like you can do that. You can handle that. I've done it this way. Like you can do it your way. But I've done it this way.

I can't put a price on it. Because if we are thinking about our businesses, as a channel into the life that we want, our environment is first who we surround ourselves is first. So there is multiple ways that you can create an environment of growth for you on the Internet. In your general surroundings. Networking, of course is a big part of it.

How many new people have you met this month? How many people have you just did some outreach to in the DMs like I really like your vibe would you love to have coffee or just even having a regular conversation in the DMs if you want. How many communities? Do you feel like you're a part of if you're not a part of one, I have lots to recommend to you. I have many. The sprinter community, of course, is one that I host Six Degrees Society is another one that you were introduced to Facebook groups are there.

Let's take an even more direct approach, who is as invested in your success as you are? Are you in groups that are invested in seeing you grow, that are investing in seeing you reach your goals? That is what a coaching container can look like, but even more potent? That's what a group program or mastermind looks like?

What room do you want to be in, if you have a big old goal, a big old desire of what you want your business to look like in the next five months, six months, what and who can be that energy that's going to allow you to keep moving forward, motivation can absolutely fall off, but energy of a room energy of people who are invested in you that gets to be renewed every single day. Think about your environment, are you surrounding yourself with a group of people who are helping you take off to where you want to go?

The third one is, are you playing small when it comes to how you present yourself online. So playing small means doing what everyone else is doing, doing what all the social media gurus are saying you have to do? Posting as many times as you can, without being able to own your voice. The flip side of this, of how to create rebellious growth is to own your voice, own your style, own the way in which you want to approach social media.

When I coach clients through social media, I will go here's the strategy. Here's the tactics. Now, what's your way of doing it? Whenever we work through this process, they're like, well, this influencer always has these lifestyle videos, I think I have to do that. But I don't know how to do any of that. Or I have to show my face on camera at all times. Or what if mine isn't as good as this person's?

They're wanting to be like somebody else. They want to be like, what this other content creator or business is doing, you can be inspired by. But if you're not owning what that is, actually, let me take, let me even take this a step further. Your voice, your movement, your impact is unique, the way in which you approach life, the way in which you've decided to build a business, what inspires you to continue to build that business every day is like nobody else's.

You are fucking bold. Because you are an entrepreneur and you're pursuing your purpose through your business every day, you are brilliant in the way in which you want to share your stories in a way in which you want to share your expertise with the world. So finding out what might be blocking you from this is how I want to talk today. But I want to do it this way. Instead, that's a block. How can you make radical rebellious movement in the way in which you own your voice and your style online.

When I talk about owning your voice, that also means defining what your social media style is, as well. This was a big thing when TikTok was on the rise. Everyone's like, Oh, I’ve got to go over there and dance. Also too when Reels had everyone pointing all over the screens, they're like, I don't want to point that was your voice coming out going, I don't want to do it that way. I want to do it my way. I want to lean into what my core values are, and figure out play with it until I find my way of using video my way of sharing my stories, my way of building my business.

You all know that I'm a business coach. I have many other business coaches in my network. We are all different. The reasons why we built our businesses are all different. Yeah, of course, we might have similar topics. But my approach to how you launch is going to be much different than the next person's.

I'm going to tell you that launches are fucking fun. There so much fun. And let me show you why. Because I went through the tough side of launching where I had doubts. And now I'm going through launch and going like this is freaking amazing. This is so much fun. The next person might be telling you that it is the toughest thing you've ever worked through. But here's how to work through it.

The way in which I approach that is different from the next business coach is different from what might relate and connect for you. If you want to be a part of my world, if you are interested and connected in the way in which I speak, you're likely going to enjoy a program of mine, just like they're likely going to buy a product from you. They're likely going to buy a service from you.

The more you are yourself. The more you can represent who you are on social media, the more likely you're going to, one, enjoy it. Be there hitting those goals of yours, but two, find yourself in communities that represent what you want, you'll get comments from people who love you who are not only there for your tips, your tricks and your stories, but are a fan of you.

This is where I will share about how somebody will talk about I posted a photo with my boyfriend, let me just take a step back, they're a personal trainer, let's say that they'll share a post with their boyfriend and it gets the most likes, and the most comments, they're like, I'm been creating all this content, around strength training and all this stuff, and they just want to see my boyfriend, they just want to see my relationship.

They're your fans, their fans of the person with the voice, your photo with your boyfriend that might not convert, but you're going to see who wants to see you happy, you're going to see who wants to cheer you on, no matter how you show up, and you're going to see that they trust you and want to cheer you on every step of the way.

This is where I tell you when you own your voice, many things happen. When you own your voice, you'll find that your audience growth gets easier, you'll find that your revenue is going to get easier, you'll find that social media is an empowering place. So the more you can be the bold, brilliant, rebellious version of yourself. In the way in which you create content, the way in which you show up do that.

The way that I'm owning my voice is I dropped the F bomb on here a couple times because I like it for emphasis. A previous version of myself would have been like I could never say that on a podcast. I'm not doing that. That's one small act of rebelliousness from what I was told. What's one small act you can take in owning your voice today so that you get to define this path of yours, you get to define what your growth looks like and personalize it make it your own?

Okay, the fourth one, the fourth piece that may be stunting your growth is you playing the victim to the algorithms, I'm going to be blunt, if you have uttered the words, the algorithm hates me, if you have uttered the words, Instagram just doesn't work for me anymore. If you have uttered the words, social media is just not something that I need in my business, you are playing the victim, you are playing the victim in a completely free organic environment of finding your people, you are playing the victim here.

Never in the world before the internet, was it this easy to find people who needed your help to create an environment around you to create community through simply sharing and documenting your business never in the world. The algorithms are 75% based on our behavior. The algorithms are based off of how we use how we share how we like what's happening in our feeds.

If you blame the algorithm, you're blaming humans, you're blaming your own behavior for the way in which things don't work. Let's use the example here of video and Reels. We watch more video. Sorry, guys, we watch more video than we will look at photos, than we read words doesn't mean that photos and words don't still have a place. But we will scroll and watch more video all the time.

Taking out the data mining and different aspects that are the bad side of social media, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, they're all businesses, they are all businesses. So if you decide that you want to optimize and get more people in your program, so you're going to change the way in which you run your business, we can't get mad when Instagram and Google and TikTok decides to do the same.

They want to grow. Even if they're making tons of money, they want to grow, just like you want to grow. Just like you shouldn't have to apologize for making shifts and optimizations in your business for people to be more engaged for people to be more likely to share.

This is where I say if you've been looking at the algorithm and believing that it was preventing your growth, let's just call bullshit right now. This is where I want to talk about the power of adaption. Are you adapting to the changing environments? Are you game to grow as the internet grows?

Remember, Ask Jeeves. Do you guys remember that website Ask Jeeves where you would Ask Jeeves. What you wanted to do. How many years ago was that? He's not around anymore because we're all adapting as the internet adapts. We're all adapting as we use it in new ways.

If you don't like something on the internet, let's say a curated feed or how people don't show their realness. Adapt, share your realness, unfollow people in your feed that you don't enjoy. Vote with your likes and your comments about what you want to see more of but adapt.

The moment I see things changing on Instagram the moment I realized that by using TikTok Instagram feels different For me, I go, wow, this is fun. Okay, what's my- how am I calibrating to something new? How am I calibrating to the changing environment?

I can tell you right now, Instagram is going to continue to change. They're losing big. They're losing big on TikTok. TikTok is getting more users, more power users on a regular basis. People love it over there, because it's more real. How can you adapt? I'm not even telling you right now that you have to use TikTok. But what can you do in this moment that can allow you to adapt to this changing environment?

Is it using another platform like LinkedIn? Is it focusing on getting on other people's podcasts and doing a little more PR? Is it relinquishing some perfectionist tendencies that have still prevented you from showing up? What would it feel like if the next time you hear that Instagram algorithm has changed that you do a little? Oh, again.

I could tell you what, last September. October, when Instagram was down for the day, I had a blast. It was so much fun. I went over to Twitter, people were talking up a storm, I got three signups to a content sprint from Twitter that day, because I was able to just relinquish the need know that I needed to be on Stories.

I realized that I hadn't been hitting my desires and my goals on LinkedIn at that time, I got to do that. I sent out another email, I was able to show up in a whole new way. And then I look back at that now and go, I have so many avenues. I have so many channels, in the way in which I want to show up and the way in which I want to be an expansive brand online.

If you have been playing the victim to the algorithm, this is me telling you stop, it's never never going to go back to what it was before. It's only going to optimize and change. So what does it look like for you to be in adaptive business, for you to get excited about how you get to continue to change.

Don't get me wrong, you all have many things you have on your list, you all have many things that you want to do within your business, adapting to the changing environment, it helps to have support. I'm here to give you episode after episode of how to use those environments, how to be able to upgrade and update your strategies and how you're thinking through how you want to use those.

The point is, before I even give you any of that, are you subscribing to adapting? Are you subscribing to adapting to new environments, this is going to allow growth to happen with more ease. Because you're not trying to control an environment, you're not trying to keep things the same. You're not trying to stop progress elsewhere so that you can utilize it. So if you're looking for more growth in your business, how do you adopt adaption in your day-to-day?

Last one here, whenever we're talking about rebellious growth, I want to talk about vision, not this mission, not just like, oh, I have these big old goals. Vision is where you are setting the scene for where you want to go. So if you don't have a vision, you are stunting your growth. If you don't see where you want to go, where the journey is taking you, how will you know what this is all for? How will you know showing up every day is going to get you to where you want to be? How will you know what your belief in self is going to take you to?

Setting a strong vision for what you want your life to look like, and how your business creates that for you. So let me walk you through a bit of a visualization. We'll do it first for a few minutes here. But if you have a pen and paper, let's do it together. So whenever you are thinking about what you want your life to look like, what you want your business to create for you, let's start with an average Monday. So take a deep breath with me.

Okay, so let's think of an average Monday. How would you wake up on an average Monday, if you were living your most ideal life? Let's not put any filters on this. Let's not put any limits on this. Let's think of the most limitless version of yourself. How would you wake up? Meaning where would you be?

Would you be in your current apartment now? Would you be in a completely other area of the world? Would it be in a big old king-sized bed? Would it be in a hammock by the beach? Would you need an alarm clock? Would you wake up with the sun? If we're living our most limitless version of our life? How would you wake up?

Go even further? What would you be wearing? What do you wear to bed or what don't you wear to bed in this most limitless version of your life as you wake up? What would you start your day like? What would it be? Would you meditate a bit? Would you cuddle up with your partner? Would you go for a run around the park? Would you meet a friend for coffee? Would you journal? Would you meditate?

In a limitless version of your life, what would your mornings look and feel like? Would they feel luxurious and relaxed, peaceful versus rushed? Running to your computer? Define exactly what that morning would look like in your limitless version of your life? What would you eat? What would your kitchen look like? Create the most detailed vision of what you want your life to look like?

How would you start your workday? What would it look like? Would you do creative work? Would you have your meetings in the morning? How would you spend your morning? What would light you up as this limitless version of yourself? What would lunch look like? Would you meet your friends for lunch? Would you maybe that was the time that you got your workout in for the day? How would you take a long, leisurely lunch? Or would you at all?

What would happen as you come back to your work in the afternoon? Is it meetings? Is it admin? Is it a podcast? Is it meeting in person somewhere? Or are you on a Zoom call? Are you in a beautiful big old office as you're working? Or are you in a co-working space somewhere else? Are you in a office building somewhere in a big city? What would your environment, physical environment look like? And what would you want your afternoons to look like?

When would you turn off for the day? So when would you decide that I'm done? Would it be 4? Would it be 3? On a Monday? When would you like to turn off your computer for the day? And then how would you spend your evenings? Would you go to your rooftop because you have a rooftop at your apartment? Would you go meet some friends for drinks? Would you spend time with your family? Would you go to a pottery class? How would you like to spend your evenings on a Monday, on this average Monday? What would it look like? Where would you go? What would you wear?

Before we get into going to bed let's put some tangibles to this visualization. So let's say you're out with your friends and you have drinks, and you decide that you want to swipe your card. It's all on you. You're able to do that without concern, without worry. What number in your bank account would you like to have, let's say in your savings account, that would allow you to feel no problem handling, let's say $150 bill of you and your friends? What is your desired income, net worth, that is sitting in your account because of all of this amazing business you've been doing all day? What does that look like?

Then of course, think about how you'd go to bed. What would you do? How would you finish the day? This is your vision. This is what you want your life to look like. But also it allows you, absolutely allows you to get up in the morning and go, “What would my limitless self do today? How would my limitless self handle this difficult problem? This feeling of self-doubt this feeling of scarcity?” Because guess what you are your limitless self in the making.

You are her. My limitless self loves to wear this beautiful green jumpsuit. I don't know. She's always there. And when I'm feeling a little bit low, she's like Jamie got it. She's there to rub my back. My limitless self, friggin loves to do video, loves to share her voice, is not timid. My limitless self is somebody who I trust in all of the decisions she makes. And guess what that transfers to me now.

I trust my decisions. I have so much self-trust, because I have a building relationship with that vision. So making sure that you're not trying to wake up each day going like what am I going to do today. But leaning into that vision, this is a lot about quantum leaps, quantum physics, how you can match the energy of who your limitless self is and how to make sure that is apparent in many parts of your day. So you can make sure that you are taking care of yourself, that you're putting in the effort, that you're being that person that you want to become each and every day.

Okay, that's the five things that may be stunting your growth and how to create more effortless growth for you. So if you're doing a lot of busy work, not thinking about the long term, if you don't have an environment that is building for you, if you are playing small and doing things like everybody else, if you are not trying to adapt to the changing social media landscape, and if you forget what your vision is that is preventing you from growing.

The flip side — how to create this rebellious growth for yourself. Know that time comes from you. Prioritize the things that are going to move the needle for you. You define that for yourself, but prioritize them every day instead of doing that busy work that's not getting you there. How is your environment pulling you to your desires? How is your environment creating that long-term growth for you?

Look at the five people you surround yourself with. Make sure that they are inspiring and there to help you reach your biggest desires. Think about a mastermind. Think about a coach to help you get to where you need to go. The current social media landscape is for people who are bold and brilliant people who are sharing who they are, and how they see the world differently, own your voice that's going to create more growth for you.

We are always going to be an adapting society. So how can you adapt as the Internet continues to change? And then finally, get to know your limitless self. Get to know her through setting a dynamic vision for what your life will look like when you reach the desires that you want to go to?

That's the five. That's the five to help you through and have big limitless growth for you. Thank you so much for listening today. I encourage you to share anything that came up for you that you really enjoyed. I cannot wait to meet all of your limitless selves. I cannot wait. Thanks so much for listening.
